Four Corner DC Drop - South

I decided to drop a Bitcoin book in a little free library in all 4 corners of Washington, DC. My last d during my road trip to all 4 corners of DC today was in the Washington Highlands neighborhood in the SE quadrant. The actual southern tip of DC is in the Potomac River, so this Little Free Library was the closest I could find.
